If that makes sense...

"...If that makes sense," is a tagline I hear frequently. And having read that, I bet you'll start noticing it more too. 

I hear this little phrase most often when someone is trying to explain something deeply felt; A complicated mixture of thoughts and emotions that they're trying to get a handle on for themselves.

Things that make sense are safe; We can trust them, and I think we look for that in one another. A safe place where we're seen, heard, and understood. 

We say, "If that makes sense," to make sure we're not alone in the vastness of our Selves. 

So, just in case you're wondering...

...I see you, I hear you...

...if that makes sense.
