If you want real change in your life, something needs to shift inside of you...
...but it might not be what you think.
Even though your emotions might be the loudest, scariest, most uncomfortable aspect of a situation, real change is about something deeper.
Real change happens when you change your decisions.
Your emotions are your choice.
Your thoughts are your choice.
Your actions are a result of your emotions and thoughts, which make them, you guessed it, your choice.
Every moment of every day, you get to choose; You decide how you're going to meet that experience, whether you realize it or not.
That's were the really deep stuff lives- in your decisions.
Whenever you're stuck, and don't know how to make the changes you want in your life, somewhere behind it is a decision you probably aren't even aware of. That's where the REAL change happens.
