"...If that makes sense," is a tagline I hear frequently. And having read that, I bet you'll start noticing it more too. 

I hear this little phrase most often when someone is trying to explain something deeply felt; A complicated mixture of thoughts and emotions that they're trying to get a handle on for themselves.

Things that make sense are safe; We can trust them, and I think we look for that in one another. A safe place where we're seen, heard, and understood.

Truth Telling

Simply telling yourself the truth is one of the most profoundly transformative things you could ever do.
